Microsoft Azure has completed their remediation of the global network outage that impacted all Accelitas services for much of the day. A misconfiguration was mistakenly deployed by Azure that disrupted network connectivity to a large portion of their customers across all regional locations. All Accelitas services continued to operate normally, but limited external network connectivity to our API endpoints was observed.

Microsoft Azure has begun rolling out the fix to the ongoing network connectivity issue. Completion of the rollout is expected by 4;pm PT today,. Some regions may recover sooner than others.
Accelitas can still not confirm the fix at this time, but we will continue to monitor the system and update on any changes. At this time, only a small percentage of transactions are getting through.
