The Accelitas Operations team has determined that the incident that was impacting a subset of our customers across one or more of our services that depend on the third-party DataX service is now RESOLVED and there is no further risk to processing transactions properly.

The Accelitas Operations team is currently OBSERVING the incident that was impacting a subset of our customers across one or more of our services that depend on the third-party DataX service. Equifax/DataX engineers have implemented a fix for the issue on their end, and services are now operational. We will provide a final update once it is determined that all services are stable, and no further risk exists.
