The Accelitas Operations team has determined that the incident that was impacting a subset of our customers across one or more of our services that depend on the third-party TeleCheck service is now RESOLVED and there is no further risk to processing transactions properly.
The issue was due to performance degragation impacting a small percentage of overall transactions leading to slow response times for those requests. Response times have now returned to acceptable levels.

The Accelitas Operations team has IDENTIFIED the cause of the incident impacting a subset of our customers across one or more of our services that depend on the third-party TeleCheck service. Fiserv/TeleCheck engineers are currently implementing a fix to mitigate the issue on their end, and we will provide an update as more information becomes available.
At this time most transactions are completing, but a percentage are timing out du to performance issues impacting TeleCheck services.
